Jeremy Bate, CDT (Manager) graduated from the University of Maine before he began working in the construction supply business 22 years ago. He has spent the last 16 years focusing solely on managing businesses and building teams that represent the Marvin Family of Products. Jeremy has extensive experience with Marvin products and has worked on commercial projects, residential remodeling projects, and everything in between, in addition to being certified as a CDT (Construction Documents Technologist). Jeremy feels fortunate to have hosted numerous trips to the Marvin Factory in Warroad, Minnesota for some of Maine’s best contractors and architects, and lucky to represent a great American-made product like Marvin.

John Collins (Sales Consultant) has worked with windows and doors for 35 years, and exclusively with Marvin products for 28 of those years. He has worked in every aspect of the business: distribution, wholesale, service, installation, and retail. He has worked with architects, contractors, and homeowners. John has obtained a variety of certifications from Marvin, and most recently completed Marvin’s Advanced Training course in Warroad, MN.

Brad Armstrong, CCPR (Estimator/Consultant) has been working in the Construction and Millwork Industries for for more than 40 years, and with Marvin products for more than 30.  He pretty much knows everything there is to know about Marvin windows and doors. He is a Certified Construction Product Representative, and has been presented with a Distinguished Service Award from the Construction Specifications Institute.  Brad has worked with architects, homeowners and contractors, but focuses on working with architects to bring their ideas to life.

Heather Ditzel (Project Manager/Consultant) has over 17 years in the window and door industry.  She has specific training in wood and aluminum clad product solutions for homeowners, general contractors, and remodelers and has spent the last few years focusing on the growing commercial market in the Southern Maine area. Heather is happy to now be solely representing Marvin Windows & Doors: products that she feels stand head and shoulders above the rest in their quality, integrity, longevity, and company backing & support.

Peter Fleishman (Project Manager/Consultant) has over 30 years of experience in the construction business, the last 18 years specializing in fenestration. He takes pride in the details, providing technical expertise and excellent customer service. He enjoys following each project from design to completion.

Dave Thibeau (Installation & Sales) has been selling and installing windows and doors exclusively for approximately 13 years. Prior to that, Dave worked as a foreman, participating in and overseeing all aspects of residential construction, including window and door installation in both new construction and remodeling projects. He has a degree in Architectural & Civil Engineering and is familiar with all aspects of the building process.

Matt Wheeler (Installation Specialist) has been working in the home repair and remodeling field for more than 30 years. He has 12 years of experience as a general contractor for residential projects, specializing in everything from cabinet making to siding, to window installation. He has been installing and servicing windows and doors for the past 12 years and specializing in Marvin for the last six.
